Rental prices: November and December: $1,900; Jan. Feb. and March, $3,200 (Feb. and March 2012 are booked); April, $2,500. Price is inclusive of all utilities. Other months considered upon request. There is a $500 refundable security deposit, a $50 Association application fee, and an $85 cleaning fee. No smokers and no dogs.
